Services

Aluminium manufacturing from one source.

From initial preparation to finished assembly, we connect the processes required for reliable aluminium production.

01

Complex profile machining up to 15 metres.

5-axis CNC machining

Our elumatec SBZ 151 combines milling, drilling and related operations on five axes. Data, geometry, clamping and inspection scope are reviewed for each project.

  • elumatec SBZ 151
  • Profiles up to 15 m
  • One-off to series
02

Accurate preparation for machining and assembly.

Sawing

Aluminium profiles are cut and prepared for subsequent CNC, welding or assembly steps as part of the coordinated production flow.

  • Profile cutting
  • Integrated process
  • Project-specific review
03

Manual or robotic—matched to the component.

MIG aluminium welding

We weld aluminium parts, frames and assemblies. Two KUKA robots support repeatable production where geometry and quantities make automation suitable.

  • MIG process
  • 2 KUKA robots
  • One-off and series
04

Finishing without an unnecessary interface.

In-house powder coating

Workpieces up to 13.5 × 1.2 × 3.0 metres can be powder coated in-house. Colour and finish requirements are agreed for each project.

  • Up to 13.5 × 1.2 × 3.0 m
  • In-house
  • Project-defined finish
05

More than an individual manufactured part.

Assembly & purchased parts

We assemble frames, housings and mechanical modules and integrate defined purchased parts, delivering a prepared or complete assembly.

  • Mechanical assembly
  • Purchased parts
  • Transport available

Optional design support

For suitable production projects we create or adapt production-ready designs in Autodesk Inventor. External structural calculations can be coordinated on request.
