2. Website access
Technical connection data may be processed when this website is accessed, including IP address, date and time, requested resource, response status, referrer, browser and operating system information. Processing is necessary for secure and stable operation and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Technical hosting providers act as processors.
3. Contact and project inquiries
When you contact us by email or phone, we process the details you provide to assess and respond to your request and, where appropriate, prepare a quotation. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for general business communication.
The inquiry page does not transmit form data to our web server. It prepares your details locally in your email app. Selected files are not uploaded automatically and must be attached by you.
4. Project files
Only provide information required to assess your project and which you are authorised to share. Particularly confidential documents should be transferred only after agreeing a suitable method.
5. Recipients and retention
Access is limited to staff who need the data to handle the inquiry or project. Selected providers may support hosting, IT and email. Data is retained only as long as necessary and in line with statutory obligations.
6. Cookies and optional analytics
The website stores your privacy choice locally in your browser. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Without consent, no website usage data is transferred to these services.
After consent, Google Analytics measures reach, traffic sources, duration and defined interactions such as project-inquiry, phone and email clicks. Microsoft Clarity supports pseudonymous analysis through heatmaps and session visualisations; sensitive input fields are masked. Project-inquiry contents are never sent as analytics events.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Recipients are Google, Microsoft and their processors. Processing outside the EEA may occur subject to the safeguards offered by the providers. See the privacy information from Google and Microsoft.
You can change your choice at any time through “Privacy settings” in the footer.
7. Your rights
Subject to legal requirements, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: dsb.gv.at.
8. Automated decisions
No automated decision-making or profiling under Article 22 GDPR takes place.
