From supporting frames to transport racks and technical assemblies, we manufacture aluminium frames to your brief. Profile cutting, CNC machining, MIG welding, in-house powder coating and mechanical assembly are coordinated at our Rüstorf production site.
External dimensions are only part of a frame specification. Connections, integrated components, access and loads also influence the design. You can supply a finished drawing or start with a sketch and a clear brief. Production-ready design in Autodesk Inventor is available for suitable projects.
Manual or robotic MIG welding
We weld aluminium using the MIG process. Two KUKA welding robots are available for suitable geometries and production series. The process choice depends on quantity, weld access and fixture requirements. Welding sequence, dimensional requirements and distortion are reviewed for each project.
Coated and assembled to an agreed scope
Frames can be supplied uncoated, powder coated or as mechanically assembled modules. Defined purchased components can be integrated. Required verification for load-bearing structures must be clarified before order acceptance; external structural calculations can be coordinated on request. Certifications or specific approvals are not automatically included.
Frequently asked questions
Do you make one-off aluminium frames?
Yes. We manufacture one-off parts and series, assessing design and fixture requirements for your project.
Can you provide structural calculations?
External structural calculations can be coordinated on request. Inputs, verification scope and responsibilities must be agreed in advance.
