Profiles prepared for the next production step

Mounting holes, openings and connecting faces need to fit the final assembly. We consider reference points, clamping and component function alongside individual machining details. Profile cutting can be combined with CNC machining and subsequent welding, coating or assembly.

Five-axis machining for long aluminium profiles

The machine accommodates profiles up to 15 m long. Feasibility also depends on cross-section, tool access, machining scope and clamping. Please provide the complete geometry. Tolerances and inspection requirements are agreed against your drawing, not assumed from a general accuracy claim.

One-off parts and repeat orders

We review orders from a single component to series of approximately 2,000 units. Programming and fixture requirements are included in the quotation. If you do not have finished STEP data, we can support production-ready design in Autodesk Inventor for suitable manufacturing projects.
